Call or text Rafael Ayala for a faster response ↗Two movers, a Chevy Silverado pickup, and an 18-foot flatbed trailer. The pickup bed and longer open trailer deck provide more loading space than a pickup alone. Bulky furniture and heavy items can be placed on the flatbed when their weight, dimensions, loading needs, and securement are suitable.

Call or text Rafael Ayala for a faster response ↗Rates are for the entire two-person crew and the truck or truck-and-trailer combination listed, not per mover. Two-hour minimum applies even if the job takes less time. After two hours, time is billed in 15-minute increments. Local truck packages include fuel and mileage for the agreed route. Travel outside that route, trailer configurations not included in the selected package, specialty handling, and other extras require an upfront quote. Confirm the full price and service scope by phone.
The 12-foot enclosed trailer adds covered cargo space to the pickup bed. The 18-foot flatbed adds a longer open deck for bulky or suitable heavy items, with easier access around the sides. It is open to weather. Exact capacity depends on trailer width, height, payload rating, truck towing limits, and how items fit—length alone does not determine volume or safe carrying weight. Send item dimensions and weights before booking; specialty loading equipment and heavy-item handling must be confirmed.
Hourly service subtotal only. Two-hour minimum; additional time rounded up to the next 15 minutes. Additional quoted charges are not included. This is a planning estimate, not a reservation or final quote.

Our current package prices are listed above. Labor-only remains $120/hour, 20% below the selected $150/hour GrassRoots two-mover labor-only rate checked October 28, 2026. This is one reference, not a Denver-wide average or a promise to beat every company. The 20% comparison does not apply to our truck, pickup, or trailer packages. Different providers may have different equipment, fees, and inclusions. View the published labor-only reference.
Hourly rates are for the entire crew shown, not each mover. Choose a truck package when you need transportation and equipment, or book workers only when you have everything else arranged.
The listed package covers two movers. Every booking has a two-hour minimum, even if the job finishes sooner. Additional time is billed in 15-minute increments.
On-site time starts when the crew arrives at the agreed pickup location and ends when the agreed work is finished. For truck packages, loading, driving between agreed stops, and unloading all count as billable time. The clock continues during customer or building-access delays.
Local truck packages include the selected truck or truck-and-trailer combination, its driver as part of the crew, fuel, and mileage for the local route agreed in your quote. Driving time is part of your hourly time, not free extra time.
Extra stops, route changes, long-distance travel, tolls, parking, or trailers outside your selected package must be reviewed and priced before the additional service is performed. Out-of-state and transportation-only work receive a separate quote.
Truck packages include use of the standard moving equipment identified in your quote during the job, such as dollies, furniture pads, and securing straps. Confirm the equipment your job needs when booking.
Equipment stays with the company. Boxes, packing supplies to keep, specialty lifting equipment, and special handling are included only if expressly listed in your quote. Workers-only service includes no company equipment.
Our rates cover the business costs of auto insurance, workers’ compensation, and liability insurance. Auto insurance relates to our company vehicles; workers’ compensation concerns covered employee work injuries; liability insurance responds to covered claims under its policy terms.
These policies do not automatically provide full replacement coverage for your belongings. Coverage depends on the applicable policy, limits, deductibles, and exclusions. Request current insurance documentation and the written terms for protection of your goods before booking. Workers-only service does not insure your rental truck or personal vehicle.
Tell us about studios, stairs, attics, basements, elevators, long walks, heavy furniture, or narrow openings. These details help us plan crew size, equipment, and time.
Any extra charge or specialty-item service must be agreed before work begins. Access and handling are subject to review; a larger crew does not guarantee a fixed finish time.
Your quote should identify the crew, vehicle, route, hourly rate, minimum charge, equipment, and any additional services or charges.
The website calculator shows hourly service time only. Your final total depends on actual billable time and the additional charges you agreed to. Ask questions before booking by calling 720-755-1707.
